ESPN.com reports that it's official; Steiner is now part of the Dodgers' radio team. I've already laid out my thoughts on Stiener in an earlier piece. I think with a classy organization like LA, Steiner will return to the professionalism he had with ESPN radio. Working for the same organization as Vin Scully (and no longer having to kiss King George's fanny) will rub off on him.
And as the Despiser has said, I'd love to see Suzyn Waldman in the Yankees radio booth. The Yanks would love to do it for the PR, even though the fans won't buy it. If the Yankee fans hated Steiner, they'll be smashing their radios once Waldman comes on the air.

Why don’t you spend as much time writing about your favorite team, the Mets? I know. It’s because they suck and just don’t matter. Much like you. From what I can see, you have like one guy on vacation who actually reads what you write. (make that two guys on vacation – or maybe that other guy went back to work)

BTW: No one gives a crap about whether Steinbrenner has ruined the game of baseball. It’s not gonna change and there is nothing you can do about it.
